10 Habits for a Purely FANTASTIC Morning Routine

Posted on August 1, 2013

Ten Habits for a Purely Fantastic Morning Routine

Recently, Shane and my life has been through the blender. New job, new home, and a new church family have each been wonderful transitions for us, but it is hectic. In the process, I lost something. I think it was my grip on life.

I realized that ignoring routine habits have added greatly to the chaos. Two months ago, I was becoming a very healthy person. My heart, soul, and body were moving in positive directions and I felt great. Since the recent changes, I have been moody, tired, sore, and apathetic about my relationships with God and others.

I am so thankful for new beginnings. It is August 1st, and by God’s grace I am going to re-establish some very important habits into my life.  For the next 10 days, I will be posting a habit that has positively affected my life somehow.  I will post a “prompt” picture for each habit as well. I plan to use these for my iPhone home screen as reminders, especially for the habits I struggle with (like using too much social media!).

Feel free to join me with this kick-start to emotional, spiritual, and physical health. Click “Subscribe” to receive each day’s habit, and/or keep a lookout on Pinterest.

Also, feel free to share your own morning routine ideas! How do you keep “a grip on life” each day?

See you tomorrow for habit #1
